Shipping and returns
1. PLACING AN ORDER
In order to place an order, the Customer must be at least 18 years of age. If you are a minor, you must ask your parents or legal guardians to place the order on your behalf.
However, if you are between 14 and 18 years of age, you may request information about products and events. In any case, it is advisable for the Customer to have their parents or legal guardians present before browsing and/or registering in our online shop so that they can explain any questions that may arise.
If the Customer is under 14 years of age, please do not provide us with any personal information, as we cannot accept it.
Once logged into the online shop, the Customer must fill in the form with the necessary personal details requested and click on the ‘finalise order’ button to confirm the purchase.
When the Customer completes their order, we will send them an email with their order number and details.
In the event that there is a problem with the delivery of the material, we will contact the Customer as soon as possible to inform them of the situation and suggest alternative products they may wish to purchase. Alternatively, we may offer to refund any monies paid to us for such products.
The Customer may cancel the order at any time and at no additional cost, provided that it has not been invoiced and sent by the carrier.
In the case of orders for special articles, De Profundis, S.L. may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total amount at the time of order confirmation.
Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
The availability of products on the website is constantly changing and reflects the situation in real time. Adding an item to the shopping basket does not guarantee that it will be reserved for the Customer, as other customers may have purchased it while browsing the website. Only when the payment process has been completed, the product is effectively reserved for the Customer.
We will make every effort to supply the products listed on your order confirmation. However, there may be occasions when it is impossible for us to supply such products due to, for example, such products not being in stock. In such cases we will contact you to inform you and may suggest alternative products that you may wish to purchase.
2. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
The price of each product will be clearly stated in the online shop. DE PROFUNDIS S.L., reserves the right to modify prices in the event of market fluctuations or typographical errors, and may cancel or cancel an order when the error is detected.
We reserve the right to charge the order from the moment it is received.
All sales prices indicated in our online shop are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products. Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer and shall be added to the total amount of the selected products. The Customer may consult the amount of the shipping costs at any time in the shopping basket, before confirming the order and finalising the contracting process. The calculation of the shipping costs depends on the volume and weight of the items.
In case of return due to change of size, model, colour, or product... the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Import costs for shipments to the Canary Islands:
Shipments to the Canary Islands are subject to import taxes and/or local customs duties. Orders are shipped via Correos.
3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
When placing an order, the Client can choose their delivery option once all the articles have been added to the basket. De Profundis S.L. will send the order to the address provided by the Client when placing the order. To guarantee the safe delivery of the package, the courier company needs a signature to confirm that the delivery has been successfully completed. If there is no one to receive the package, the driver will attempt a new delivery. In case the parcel cannot be delivered due to any reason, such as incorrect address, absent recipient, refusal of the parcel, etc., the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that we can only refund the price of the product paid, once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse. The Customer will be refunded the price of the product paid by the same payment method used when placing the order. In such a case, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer is not satisfied with the product he/she has purchased, he/she may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product within 15 days of delivery of the products. On the other hand, only unused items will be accepted.
Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and the condition of the goods has been checked, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the method of payment used by the Customer.
The Customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery of the products, except in the case of an exclusion provided for in the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the commercial department of De Profundis, S.L. by contacting the e-mail address comercial@deprofundis.es.
